We achieve that by providing Study Abroad Services to students who would like to pursue their studies overseas; ranging from consultations and university applications, to VISA applications and accommodation placement.

And to complement what we do offline, we also operate the first one-stop platform for international students worldwide. Through it, students can seamlessly PLAN their overseas studies, benefit from SHARED experiences and CONNECT with other students with ease.

We are looking for a Study Abroad Consultant & Admissions Specialist to consult students around the world who are interested to study abroad and support them in their journey!

Job Description

You will be based at our HCMC Vietnam office but working directly with our team in Singapore on a daily basis. It will be a 100% English-speaking environment where you will be communicating with our team, our study abroad clients from around the world and our school partners, all in English.

The foreseeable job scope will include the following:

• Consult students and follow up through virtual/in-person meetings, calls and emails, then close deals with students by having them engage us to help them study abroad. Most interactions are expected to be virtual/online.

• Manage the operational demands from our service offerings, such as assisting students with their university application, VISA application, accommodation search and more.

• Provide pre- and post-sales customer service to parents and students.

• Support the team in its marketing, both online and offline. This may include writing of articles, managing social media platforms, updating our website write-ups etc.

• Provide other forms of operational support and business development support for the team. This may include research on new markets, optimizing internal processes, reaching out to potential partners etc.
