The Structural Production / Quality Site Inspector is responsible for supporting quality control activities and production monitoring in the mechanical and steel structure manufacturing field. The position ensures that materials, production processes, and finished products comply with company quality standards and customer requirements. The role also supports communication between expatriate staff and local workers when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Material Inspection & Inventory Control

• Verify incoming material specifications, quantities, and condition.

• Conduct visual inspections and dimensional checks of materials.

• Monitor material inventory status and coordinate with the production team.

• Report non-conforming materials and support corrective actions.

2. Production & Quality Inspection

• Perform quality inspections during production processes.

• Inspect welding, painting, and structural fabrication work according to company standards.

• Verify product dimensions, appearance, and workmanship quality.

• Record inspection results and follow up on corrective actions when defects are identified.

3. Packing Inspection & Shipment Preparation

• Verify packing materials and packing conditions before shipment.

• Support completion of inspection records and quality documents.

• Participate in final inspections prior to shipment.

4. Communication Support

• Support communication between expatriate supervisors and local workers.

• Assist in explaining work instructions, quality requirements, and production procedures.

• Participate in production meetings and site coordination activities when required

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, structural fabrication, or quality inspection.

• Conversational English or Korean language skills (TOPIK Level 2–3 preferred).

• Knowledge of quality inspection processes, welding inspection, and manufacturing standards.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in steel structure, fabrication, or mechanical manufacturing projects.

• Experience in welding and painting inspection.

• Familiarity with NCR, FAT, or quality documentation.

• Resident of Bac Ninh or Bac Giang Province.

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
