ROLE PURPOSE

The Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager owns the Partnership & Business Development workstream within the Norbreeze Executive Execution Dashboard and is fully accountable for delivering the approved strategic milestones, commercial KPIs and growth initiatives. The role is expected to drive disciplined execution, cross-functional collaboration, accountability and continuous commercial improvement while ensuring that all partnership initiatives contribute to the Company's long-term growth strategy.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role is a key commercial leadership position responsible for identifying opportunities, building executive relationships, negotiating long-term partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth for Pandora Vietnam, August Berg and future Norbreeze brands.

This is not a traditional wholesale sales role. It is a strategic business development position focused on creating new revenue streams, expanding Norbreeze's retail footprint and establishing the Company as the preferred premium retail partner in Vietnam.

Success will be measured by operational Shop-in-Shop openings, wholesale revenue, strategic partnerships, commercial pipeline development, execution excellence and measurable contribution to the Company's long-term growth strategy.

The Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager owns the execution of the Partnership & Wholesale workstream within the Norbreeze Executive Execution Dashboard and is expected to drive disciplined execution, accountability and continuous commercial improvement.

MISSION

CORE MANDATE

• Identify and convert high-value strategic partnership opportunities across Vietnam.

• Build trusted relationships with owners, CEOs and senior decision-makers.

• Lead negotiations from first engagement through agreement and operational launch.

• Create scalable Shop-in-Shop, wholesale and new distribution channels.

• Maintain a disciplined commercial pipeline and deliver measurable revenue contribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Partnership Development

• Identify, evaluate and develop strategic partnership opportunities across premium retail, jewellery, watches, department stores, travel retail and selected lifestyle channels.

• Build and maintain senior relationships with owners, CEOs, executives and key decision-makers.

• Develop commercially compelling proposals aligned with Norbreeze's growth strategy.

• Lead negotiations through signed agreements and successful implementation.

• Represent Norbreeze professionally in executive meetings, industry events and partner discussions.

2. Shop-in-Shop Expansion

• Lead the national Shop-in-Shop expansion programme for Pandora and other approved brands.

• Convert the existing opportunity pipeline while continuously identifying new high-potential locations and partners.

• Coordinate commercial terms, implementation planning, partner onboarding and launch readiness.

• Work with Retail Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Store Development to ensure every opening is commercially and operationally successful.

• Ensure partner locations meet required brand, service and performance standards.

3. August Berg Wholesale Development

• Expand August Berg's authorised retailer, wholesale, corporate gifting and strategic distribution network.

• Develop premium partners across watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality and travel retail.

• Drive repeat business, partner productivity and profitable account growth.

• Support product launches and sell-through initiatives while protecting premium positioning, pricing integrity and brand presentation.

Identify and develop commercially attractive growth opportunities beyond traditional wholesale and Shop-in-Shop expansion. Priority areas may include:

• Airport and Travel Retail

• Department Store Partnerships

• Corporate Sales and Gifting

• Hospitality and Premium Lifestyle Partnerships

• Strategic Brand Collaborations

• New distribution models and selected digital or AI-enabled commerce opportunities

• Future Norbreeze brands

For material opportunities, prepare concise business cases covering strategic rationale, commercial potential, investment requirements, implementation timeline, key risks and expected return.

5. Commercial Pipeline Management

• Maintain a structured pipeline covering opportunity value, probability, decision-makers, next actions, target launch dates, revenue forecast and key risks.

• Provide concise weekly updates to the CEO focused on progress, priorities, risks and required decisions.

• Maintain strong CRM discipline and ensure critical follow-ups are completed on time.

6. Cross-functional Leadership

• Mobilise internal teams to deliver partnership launches efficiently and to a high standard.

• Work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Digital Innovation & Growth, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Store Development.

• Promote ownership, accountability, pace and continuous improvement across commercial projects.

7. Commercial Excellence

• Standardise partnership proposals, onboarding processes and Shop-in-Shop implementation playbooks.

• Improve forecasting, commercial reporting and partner experience.

• Share market intelligence, competitor insights and practical recommendations with Management.

• Continuously identify ways to improve speed, quality, scalability and commercial return.
