Sourcing Specialist

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Sourcing from multiple media, websites, trade shows (Canton Fair, CIHS, etc.) for new suppliers / new products in VN/ SEA

• Organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications and cost to assist decision makers (Product Development Merchants).

• Provide coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents completion.

• Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, SWOT analysis and factory visit reports.

• Maintain existing supplier information, including: contact list, signed SBA, RTV, NDA, Financial and Legal certification, company profile, product photo recap, etc.

• Assist in the arrangement of trip itineraries and the arrangement of accommodations including hotel booking and transportation.

• Coordinate with SQE, PE, packaging, logistics and IMO departments for key project execution.

• Maintain existing supplier information, including: contact list, signed SBA, RTV, NDA, Financial and Legal certification, company profile, product photo recap, etc.

• Identify risk in delivery, and prepare factory visit plan based on priority, routes easiness and efficiency on Holiday and Halloween factories prior to and during shipping period.

• Support OTB and PLR events.

• BS or above in Business Management or related field with 5 years of working experience preferred

• Strong problem solving and excellent organizational and project management skills, able to work well with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge and experience of global sourcing, international trading, manufacturing and engineering design is preferred; Experience in Plumping ( faucet, shower head, bathware...ect) is a plus.

• Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project;

• Strong sense of logic, analytical skill

• Strong time management skills

• High passion and fast learner

• English is Must , Chinese speaking would be a plus
