Sourcing Developer

* Job purpose: Sourcing Developer should have international business set. Responsible for cost negotiations, supplier base, cost structure and delivery performance.

* Key responsibilities

• Follow supplier selection process and continuously improve supplier base

• Negotiate for all the business aspects and establish the right strategic partnership with the suppliers

• Follow deadlines for developments & quotations

• Together with suppliers and Swedish colleagues develop products to meet our customers’ expectation

• Lead projects like competitive bidding and other projects aiming to eliminate sourcing and production costs, achieve price development

• Together with the Quality team be accountable for performance of running range (sales, gross margin, purchase and logistics cost, Sustainability, quality, availability etc.)

• Have clear and transparent communication with colleagues in Sweden and team members globally

• Create a good dialogue with buyers, understand their priorities & act accordingly.

• At least 5 years related product experience
