- Organise wine and brand training for company employees.
- Coordinate with other departments to host training/events for Customers (Handling decanting, opening time, temperature control, and presentation).
- Support Sales departments to develop wine lists and identify key items for customers’ selections.
- Review Da Loc POS materials to ensure accuracy: Flyers, Wine of the Month, wine menus, portfolios, and price lists.
- Inspect the quality of wines returned by customers (corked/cooked/spoiled).
- Monitor Wine Storage conditions in Shops and Warehouses.
- Identify product life cycles to propose strategic actions to the Board of Directors.

- Young talent with a solid foundation in wines and exceptional customer service skills.
- Must hold a WSET Level 2 certificate or above.

- Previous background in F&B is a major plus.
