About the Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end technical implementation of cutting-edge humanoid robotics solutions for real-world environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Robotics Solution Deployment

• Take full technical ownership of major robotics deployment projects.
• Design tailored implementation plans for customer-specific use cases.
• Ensure stable and safe operation of solutions in real-world environments.

2. Customer Engagement

• Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze operational requirements and business challenges in depth.
• Provide technical consulting, explain trade-offs, and system limitations clearly.

3. Solution Design & Product Improvement

• Translate real-world requirements into clear technical specifications for product teams.
• Propose improvements for hardware, software, and operational processes.

4. System Integration Coordination

• Lead collaboration among HW, SW, AI, and Application teams.
• Oversee end-to-end integration of hardware, software, and operational workflows.

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2+ years in robotics solution deployment or system integration.
• Proven experience working with enterprise clients and complex technical projects.

Skills (Nice to have):

• Strong knowledge of robotics systems (HW, SW, AI integration).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
