We are not simply looking for a manager; we are looking for a problem solver and a team catalyst. You will lead our engineering team in transforming product blueprints into high quality software deliverables while ensuring the entire development process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Project Delivery

• Develop detailed project plans that align with the team's workflow and working style.
• Utilize project management tools for daily tracking to ensure tasks are clearly defined and responsibilities are assigned.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring agile processes are effectively implemented rather than becoming mere formalities.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, resource, and communication bottlenecks in a practical and timely manner.

Lead and Empower the Team 

• Inspire initiative and ownership across the engineering team while fostering trust and collaboration.
• Address internal coordination issues and promote effective teamwork.
• Work closely with department leaders to allocate resources appropriately, balance workloads, and maintain team morale and well-being.

Serve as a Translator and Bridge Between Business and Technology

This is a critical responsibility.

• Translate and break down business requirements into formats that the engineering team can easily understand and execute.
• Ensure seamless communication among stakeholders and team members.
• Candidates who can communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and Chinese will be given preference.

Take Ownership of Results

• Be directly accountable for project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery quality.
• Ensure that deliverables not only meet functional requirements but also adhere to established quality standards.

Your Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications

• Excellent Chinese language proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban, with the ability to demonstrate practical application in real projects
• Strong face-to-face coordination, stakeholder management, and written communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or ACP with proven practical application
• Experience working with Chinese, European, or American teams and clients
• Project management experience in Customer Systems and SaaS environments
• Basic technical background with familiarity in at least one modern technology stack (e.g., Golang, React Native, Flutter)
• Resilient and proactive mindset, with the ability to drive projects effectively under pressure and uncertainty
