Social Media Manager - Us-Based AI Company

This position focuses on brand identity, content strategy, and social media execution across multiple digital channels. The role combines content creation, storytelling, performance measurement, and coordination with external creative resources.
Description
* Own brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across marketing touchpoints.
* Create and execute social media strategies across professional and community-focused platforms.
* Develop brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards to ensure consistency.
* Turn technical product updates, industry insights, and business achievements into engaging content.
* Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with business priorities and key announcements.
* Create executive and content for online channels.
* Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance to inform future activity.
* Coordinate with external designers, agencies, and freelance specialists when additional expertise is required.
* Use AI-enabled creative tools to improve efficiency and content output.
* Contribute to a recognizable and consistent market presence through storytelling and content execution.
Profile
* Run social hands-on: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and dev communities - strategy through publishing.
* 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content marketing, or related fields.
* Background in technology, software, AI, digital products, or similar sectors is advantageous.
* Proven record of expanding social media audiences and improving engagement metrics.
* Strong appreciation for visual identity, design consistency, and brand presentation.
* Excellent written English with the ability to simplify complex topics.
* Knowledge of major social media platforms and performance measurement tools.
* Familiarity with AI-powered content and creative applications.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.
* Interest in emerging technologies and digital ecosystems.
* Additional value from experience with developer-focused marketing, short-form video creation, design tools, or early-stage brand building.
* Vietnamese and English language proficiency is beneficial.
