Role Overview: Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Reports to Vietnam Team Manager and the Client
 

Our client is a first-of-its-kind clean, sake-based RTD launching in the U.S. market. We are looking for a creative and culturally tuned growth operator to lead both social media and influencer partnerships — building brand awareness, community, and creator relationships from the ground up.

1. Key Responsibilities
   Content Creation & SNS Management Plan, shoot, edit, and post short-form content across TikTok and Instagram, Reels.
2. Build brand channels and maintain a consistent visual and cultural identity.
   Content Calendar Manage weekly content schedules aligned with campaigns, launches, retail activations, and events.
3. Community Management Respond to comments and DMs, engage followers, and help build a strong Brand community.
4. Influencer and Creator Partnerships Source and manage nano and micro influencers across TikTok and Instagram.
5. Coordinate outreach, gifting, partnerships, UGC campaigns, and creator relationships.
   Student Ambassador Program Support university ambassador programs and creator collaborations around campus and cultural events.
6. Event Coverage Capture and coordinate content from festivals, tastings, retail activations, anime events, and pop-ups.
7. Analytics & Growth Track engagement, reach, follower growth, creator performance, and campaign effectiveness. Provide weekly insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
Active TikTok and Instagram creator or management with proven organic growth experience
Strong short-form editing skills (CapCut, Reels, TikTok native editing)
Understanding of food, beverage, anime, or Asian-American culture trends
Experience with influencer outreach, gifting, and creator coordination
Excellent written English (Must-have) - Please send us your CV in English
Self-starter comfortable working in a startup environment
Interest in sake, Consumer goods, Japanese culture, or creator marketing
