SMT Technical Manager

• Oversee the operation of SMT, AOI, Fuji mounter, and Reflow machines to ensure optimal performance and production quality.

• Develop and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce waste in production.

• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.

• Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align on project goals and timelines.

• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management on performance outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production processes.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in SMT processes or related fields.

• Proficient in operating SMT, AOI, Fuji, Mounter, and Reflow machinery.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and management skills.

• Familiarity with production and quality control methodologies.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Korean is preferred.

• Experience in team leadership and personnel development.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electronic manufacturing.
