【Responsibilities】
-Manage and supervise electrical or mechanical installation projects at site locations.
-Coordinate construction schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation.
-Ensure strict compliance with engineering safety regulations and quality control standards.
-Monitor project budgets, implementation costs, and site expenditure efficiency.
-Review technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering design documentation.
-Supervise local engineers and subcontractors to maintain high workmanship quality.
-Conduct regular site inspections and report technical progress to management.
-Interface with clients regarding technical specifications and project requirements.
-Propose energy-saving and carbon-neutral solutions to industrial clients.
-Other related tasks.

-Male, 27-45 years old
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years of experience as a site engineer in the Electrical & Mechanical field
-Speak English well (Intermediate Level)
-Proficient in AutoCAD
【Prefer】
-Exprience in a Japanese construction site.
-Speak Japanese
-Proficient in Revit

■Salary : 18,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND Gross
① Gross 25-30M VND if:
-English intermediate level, understands construction words
-At least 5 years of experience in Japanese construction sites
-Proficient in AutoCAD.
② Gross 20-25M VND, if:
- At least 3 years Exprience in Japanese construction
③Other
- If your cdd doesn't have experience working in Japanese sites, salary might go below 20M.
