Shipping Business Development Specialist

• Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, ship management companies, brokers, charterers, and other maritime stakeholders in Vietnam.

• Promote the company's ship agency services in Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, and other regional markets.

• Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the company's customer network.

• Conduct market research on Vietnam's shipping industry, shipowners, ports, and maritime service providers.

• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices to support customers and business projects.

• Attend customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen business relationships.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vietnamese nationality.

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, ship agency, vessel operations, chartering, shipbroking, maritime sales, or related fields.

• Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and willing to develop business opportunities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with shipowners, brokers, charterers, or maritime companies.

• Experience in ship agency business development, shipbroking, chartering, or commercial shipping activities.

• Knowledge of Vietnam shipping market and port operations.
