SHE Engineer

General:
To be in charge of Safety, Health, Environment (S.H.E) co-ordination
Maintain & continuous improvement of S.H.E system.
Coordinate with managers and supervisors on their S.H.E responsibilities, hazard.
Inspect the workplace regularly.
Investigate causes of accidents/incidents and recommend actions to prevent risk of occurrence.
Train & oversee the subcontractor to be conformity with S.H.E system of Sonion Vietnam.
Conduct awareness training course of S.H.E for newcomers, refreshment training of that for all employees regularly.
Work with external agencies to implement the issues related to S.H.E.
Other requirements where required.
1. Education:
Technical university, Technical college with some major related to Environmental, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechantronics ... or some related fields.
2. Professional experience:
Well understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 system
Well understanding of S.H.E syste
Capability to deal with external organizations
For candidate graduated from Technical college,must have 01 year working experience as a minimum.
3. Knowledge of foreign languages:
Good at writing, reading & speaking of English.
4. Others:
Creative
Disciplined
Good communication
Ready to work overtime where requested
