1. Strategic Visual Merchandising Execution:
• Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand’s
image and business objectives.
• Plan and oversee seasonal, promotional, and new collection displays across multiple stores.
• Ensure store layouts and product presentations optimize customer engagement and sales.

2. Store Image & Brand Consistency:
• Maintain a cohesive and premium brand image across all retail locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM guidelines are effectively executed.
• Adapt global VM standards to local market preferences while maintaining brand integrity.

3. Trend Analysis & Performance Evaluation:
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand remains innovative and
competitive.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to assess the effectiveness of VM strategies.
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights and market research.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising

• Strong creative vision, aesthetic sense, and deep knowledge of fashion trends.

• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp) is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and travel between store locations as

needed.
