Senior Social Media Specialist

- Plan and manage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X).

- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.

- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, KOLs/KOCs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and insights.

- Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement activities.

- Work closely with Retail team to support marketing initiatives.

- Prepare campaign reports and ensure brand guideline compliance.

- Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.

- Able to independently plan and execute social media campaigns with minimal supervision.

- Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing end-to-end social media campaigns.

- Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and social media analytics.

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or Google Ads.

- Experience working with KOL/KOC/Influencers.

- Basic design & video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).

- Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in the smartphone, consumer electronics or gaming industry is a strong advantage.

- Intermediate English; Chinese is a plus.
