Senior Short-Form Content Creator (Strong In Channel Growth)

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Short-Form Content Creator to own short-form video content for Sky Tattoo.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full content loop:

- Research → ideas → filming → editing → posting → reviewing performance → extracting learnings → improving the next round of content

- You’ll plan and create content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

We are looking for someone who can help build the short-form content engine behind one of the fastest-growing tattoo brands in Vietnam.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create growth-driven content daily
• Produce a consistent flow of short-form videos for Sky Tattoo across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The goal is not just to post. The goal is to create content that drives attention, trust, inquiries, bookings, and brand growth.
• Film with a sales-driven eye
• Capture tattoo reveals, artist process, client reactions, consultations, behind-the-scenes moments, studio energy, and transformation stories. You should know what footage will make the tattoo look premium, the artist look credible, and the viewer more likely to take action.
• Edit short-form videos that hold attention

• Deep understanding of short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Experience building a personal brand / growing creator-style content is a strong advantage.
• Good English communication - work directly with management
• Strong understanding of what drives attention, retention, engagement, DMs, inquiries, and bookings
• Creative and strategic thinker who creates content with clear business and growth goals
• Strong ability to develop content ideas, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos
• Solid understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, captions, music, visual rhythm, emotional build-up, and strong reveals
• Able to capture footage that makes tattoos, artists, and the studio look premium, credible, and highly engaging
• System-oriented mindset with the ability to build repeatable formats, workflows, shot lists, editing templates, content calendars, and creative systems
• Performance-driven and comfortable analyzing views, watch time, saves, shares, comments, DMs, inquiries, and bookings to improve future content
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement
• Able to move fast while maintaining strong quality, organization, and brand standards
