Senior Sales Export Executive

• Identify and develop new export customers and business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing overseas customers through responsive commercial support.
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up samples, and support contract and order discussions.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product specifications, pricing, lead time, and shipment requirements are met.
• Support overseas business trips, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits when required.
• Monitor order progress and proactively update customers on timelines and issues.
• Keep accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity reports for management review.
• Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer trends to support sales strategy.
• Work closely with the Export Sales Manager and relevant departments to achieve sales targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, export sales, or business development; furniture industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of export workflows, international customer communication, and commercial follow-up.
• Fluent English communication in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and exhibitions when needed.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and target-driven.
