Job Description:

• Có kinh nghiệm bán hàng trong ngành hóa hoặc thương mai chất ít nhất từ 2-3 năm.

Have sales experiences for chemical industry and or trading at least 2~3 years.

• Tìm hiểu và phân tích nhu cầu thị trường, các khách hàng mục tiêu, các dự án tiềm năng về các sản phẩm công ty đang kinh doanh.

Search and analyze market demands, target customers and potential projects for chemical materials and suppliers.

Nắm vững lịch sử hợp tác và doanh số của các khách hàng, nhà cung cấp hiện hữu; đồng thời chủ động tìm kiếm và phát triển các đối tác, khách hàng tiềm năng mới.

Learn well about history and sales record of customers and suppliers that company currently have business and exploring new targets.

• Duy trì những quan hệ kinh doanh hiện có, nhận đơn đặt hàng; thiết lập những những mối quan hệ kinh doanh mới bằng việc lập kế hoạch và tổ chức lịch công tác hàng ngày đối với những quan hệ kinh doanh hiện có hay những quan hệ kinh doanh tiềm năng khác.

Maintain existing business relationships, take orders; establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily schedules for existing or other potential business relationships.

• Giao dịch, tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng. Tìm kiếm các khách hàng tiềm năng.

Survey and discuss customers’ demands, find new potential customers.

• Trực tiếp thực hiện hoặc phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan đốc thúc thực hiện hợp đồng, bao gồm các thủ tục giao hàng, xuất hoá đơn, xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng…

Carry out directly or coordinate with the relevant departments to enforce the contracts, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, settling customer complaints, etc.

• Hỗ trợ phòng kế toán đốc thúc công nợ.

Support Accounting department for pushing payments from customers for overdue invoices.

• Cập nhật kiến thức công việc qua việc đọc các sách báo về kinh doanh và tiếp thị; duy trì các mối quan hệ khách hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng.

Update business knowledge by reading business books, newspapers on marketing strategy; maintain customer relationships and customer service.

• University or College Degree in Chemistry

• Having experience in Sales or Marketing

• At least 2 years work for related company.

• Well-experienced

• Can use English fluently

• Computer skills (MS. Office)

• Work with entrepreneur’s spirit

• Can work under high pressure.
