Senior Sale/ Sales Tour Inbound B2B (English)

• Have knowledge of Vietnam and Indochina Regions, respond promptly and warmly to inbound travel inquiries from international travel agencies, understanding client needs and preferences.

• Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to secure the best rates and experiences for clients.

• Prepare detailed proposals, itineraries, and quotations that inspire confidence and excitement following agents requesting.

• Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, travel agents, and overseas partners to encourage loyalty and referrals.

• Ensure smooth coordination with the operations team to deliver seamless travel experiences from arrival to departure.

• Analyze the conversation rate of each agent every month and do the proper follow-up on every request sent to clients

• Implement the sales & Marketing program following company strategies.

• University / Colleges: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Management or other related majors

• 2 Year experience in tourism field.
