Senior Revit Architect/ Kiến Trúc Sư REVIT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proficient in Revit and relating modeling software(s) for BIM modeling and BIM coordination.

• Develop, coordinate and manage updates of BIM models;

• Develop and maintain BIM workflows, quality assurance processes, and documentation standards;

• Provide project status updates on regular basis;

• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work in accordance to design intent;

• Attend technical meeting to resolve arising issue;

• Continuously update, following up with the Design Work’s relevant Legal Requirements, Regulations, Standards…;

• Liaise with team members, project managers, clients and discipline partners to ensure the project scope of works and service qualities;

• Report to the Company Director/ Chief Architect for work progress and outstanding issues;

• Other duties assigned by the Company Director/ Chief Architect.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Thành thạo Revit và các phần mềm liên quan để Lập mô hình và phối hợp BIM.

• Tham gia triển khai, phối hợp và quản lý mô hình BIM;

• Phát triển và duy trì quy trình làm việc BIM, quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn tài liệu.

• Cung cấp thông tin cập nhật về tình trạng dự án thường xuyên;

• Đảm bảo tiến độ công việc kịp thời và đáp ứng mong muốn thiết kế;

• Tham dự cuộc họp kỹ thuật để giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh;

• Nắm vững, liên tục cập nhật và bám sát các tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn thiết kế hiện hành;

• Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp với Quản Lý dự án, Chủ Đầu Tư và các bên tư vấn liên quan để đảm bảo phạm vi công việc và chất lượng dịch vụ của dự án;

• Báo cáo với Giám Đốc Công ty/ Kiến trúc sư Trưởng về tiến độ công việc và các vấn đề tồn đọng.

• Các công việc do Giám Đốc/ Kiến trúc sư Trưởng chỉ định.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• More than 05 years of experience;

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture;

• BIM Management experience is required. Strong understanding of BIM execution planning, model coordination, clash detection, and documentation standards.

• Having Architect Profession Practicing Certificate/ University Certificate/ BIM Model Professional Certificate/Degree.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm;

• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kiến trúc;

• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý BIM. Hiểu biết về lập kế hoạch thực hiện BIM, phối hợp mô hình, phát hiện xung đột và các tiêu chuẩn tài liệu.

• Sử dụng tốt Tiếng Anh;

• Có khả năng quản lý thời gian, chịu được áp lực cao và hoàn thành tốt công việc được giao theo đúng thời gian yêu cầu.

• Có chứng chỉ hành nghề/ bằng cấp kiến trúc sư/chứng chỉ liên quan đến BIM.
