Kairos Global Solutions provides financial consulting and accounting operations to U.S. and international companies. As our revenue accounting practice grows, we're looking for a Senior Revenue Analyst to take ownership of revenue recognition for our client engagements, mentor junior staff, and serve as the senior technical point of contact between Kairos and client finance leadership.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who wants to go deeper into U.S. GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition, own the close process end-to-end, and grow into a role that shapes how Kairos delivers revenue accounting across multiple clients.

Role Description
Department: Revenue Accounting & Client Delivery
Employment: Full-time
You will own revenue recognition and the revenue close process for one or more client engagements, applying U.S. GAAP.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end revenue recognition for assigned client accounts, including complex or multi-element arrangements.
• Perform the monthly and quarterly revenue close: journal entries, account reconciliations, and prepare of deferred revenue, revenue, unbilled revenue, account receivables, costs, and accrued liabilities.
• Prepare and support revenue-related requests for external audits and internal audit / controls reviews.
• Perform ad hoc analysis on large datasets to support business decisions.
• Support special finance/accounting projects as needed.
• Drive process improvement and automation of revenue reporting workflows across client engagements.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients on a daily basis to ensure smooth delivery of assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive revenue accounting / general ledger experience
• Prior experience working directly with international-based clients.
• Experience preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit support schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with at least one ERP system (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar).
• Comfortable working independently across multiple client engagements and shifting between client tech stacks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
• Willing and able to work U.S. business hours.

Preferred

• Experience working with foreign clients or overseas-owned/overseen companies.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing).
• Big 4 or public accounting background.
