Senior Restaurant Operations Builder| Operations Development Manager (Up To VND 50 Million+ Performance Bonus| English Or Chinese Speaking Required )

BTY Group is a leading international F&B company headquartered in Shanghai, China. Founded in 2014, the Group operates 14 restaurant brands with nearly 3,000 restaurants across 200+ cities worldwide. In Vietnam, BTY is expanding its flagship brands BANTIANYAO - World's Top1 fish hotpot brand and LONGKA - World's Top1 hotpot buffet brand, with a mission to build one of the country's most scalable restaurant operations.

• Develop and standardize operational systems (SOPs) across all restaurant locations.
• Build and implement the BTY Academy training and certification program.
• Design and execute cross-training programs for restaurant staff.
• Create operational dashboards to monitor KPIs such as sales, food cost, labor cost, customer satisfaction, productivity, and service quality.
• Establish a standardized restaurant audit system to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop future restaurant leaders and management teams.
• Work directly with the CEO to build a scalable operating system supporting BTY Group's rapid expansion in Vietnam.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant locations is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in SOP development, operational excellence, staff training, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for building systems and developing people.
• Fluent in English or Chinese (interview will be conducted in one of these languages).
• Experience with leading F&B chains such as Golden Gate, Haidilao, Pizza 4P's, Starbucks, McDonald's, Highlands Coffee, Mixue, Phúc Long, or similar brands is an advantage.
