Senior R&D Engineer

Design & Development: Lead mechanical product design and review/evaluate mold and tooling designs.
Data & Lifecycle Management: Manage part numbers, maintain BOM data via PLM systems, and execute Engineering Changes (EC).NPI & Testing: Drive NPI schedules, prepare mold trial reports, and complete component qualifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and customers to resolve production and quality issues.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related fields).Experience: 4–5 years in structural and mold design; minimum 2 years of personnel management experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Creo/Pro-E, 2D CAD, plastic injection molds, and BOM/PLM systems.
Languages: Fluent in English or Chinese (the other language is a strong bonus).Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, project management, and teamwork abilities.
