(Senior) Quality Engineer (Shuttle bus provided)

Main responsibility to work with R&D, NPI team to have review on design, DFMEA, customer's requirement
Participate the prototype trial, engineering builds
Lead the Pilot build, work on testing plan for qualification new products Involve discuss with customer for their voice and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Advance work involvement with NPI and QE teams on new component development and qualification (e.g. CTQ dimension review, inspection method development, PPAP document development).
2.Focus on supplier manufacturing processes, quality control and inspection capabilities
3.Support Sourcing and OPEX teams on new supplier technical capability assessment prior to business award & tooling release.
4.Partnership with SQE team to ensure part quality consistency from NPD to post MP stage
5.Ensure suppliers meet TTI quality standards. Develop supplier to meet these quality requirements as needed.
6.Review engineering specifications and drawings to determine supplier’s abilities to meet parameters and review new and modified product designs from a material standpoint advising modifications when necessary.
7.Provide leadership on-site at supplier locations to drive team efforts and activities.
Education:
College or above degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Quality field related to metal, plastic, electrical or electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management
Familiar with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D etc. Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an advantage
Able to work independently and pro-actively
Strong skills in problem analysis and solving
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with positive approach
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
PC skills required (MS Office, Outlook etc.).
Knowledge:
English fluently communication is a must
Understand well quality's responsibility
