Senior Procurement Executive

- Handling purchases of lab consumables and CAPEX.

- Ensure all purchasing process comply with trade, product and related compliance.

- Monitoring the daily purchasing activities and support operations in quality and timely manner. 

- Setup and tracking with purchasing  KPI according to the company’s objectives and goal

- Fostering and develop purchasing team to be efficient and effective.

- Establishing and maintain supplier relationships

- Setup, manage and maintain supplier contracts according to the Procurement Policy

- With ability to do cost analysis and take the lead in price negotiations, detailed contracts knowledge and understanding of legal terms

- Able to communicate and connect with internal users 

- Agitating business risk and manage quality issue other jobs assigned by Managers.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain management.

- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficient in supplier assessment and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
