1. Job Purpose

Responsible for managing learning operations, LMS administration, training data management, and periodic reporting to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives and smooth day-to-day operation of Capability Development activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1. Learning Operations & Administration

• Coordinate the implementation of training plans and learning activities.

• Manage training schedules, learner communications, attendance, and completion tracking.

• Coordinate training logistics, documentation, and administrative activities.

• Support training-related payment processing and record management.

2.2. LMS Operations

• Administer the day-to-day operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure smooth user experience.

• Manage learning content, user accounts, courses, learning records, and data quality within the LMS.

• Provide user support, troubleshoot LMS-related issues, and coordinate LMS administration activities.

• Participate in LMS enhancement initiatives, including testing (UAT), system updates, and operational readiness activities.

2.3. Learning Data & Reporting:

• Maintain and manage training data and learning records.

• Prepare and deliver periodic reports, dashboards, and learning KPIs.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of learning data.

• Support continuous improvement of reports, dashboards, and data standards.

2.4. Learning Effectiveness, Process Improvement Support:

• Collect and prepare data to support learning effectiveness evaluation activities.

• Track learning indicators and training outcomes in accordance with established guidelines.

• Support the update and maintenance of operating procedures, SOPs, and user guidelines.

• Recommend improvements to learning operations processes, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.

2.5. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager and Distribution

Leadership team from time to time.

3. Job Requirement:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Capability Development/ Training Operations.

• Experience in managing learning data, and LMS is preferred.

• Experience in insurnace, banking or financial services is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong learning operations, LMS administration, and training coordination capability.

• Data management, reporting, and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – Suggested

• Compliance with training plans, operational standards, and service levels.

• Accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of learning data, reports, and dashboards.

• Quality of LMS operations, governance compliance, and audit readiness
