Senior Merchandiser - Chinese Speaking (Garment/ Textile)

We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser (Chinese Speaking) with strong garment/textile experience to manage full merchandising activities from development to shipping, working closely with US buyers, Vietnam factories, and the China HQ team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full merchandising process from development → production → shipping.

• Work directly with major US buyers (Target, Walmart, JCPenney, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure compliance.

• Coordinate daily with Vietnam factories, suppliers, and China HQ team to follow up progress and resolve issues.

• Monitor samples, materials, costing, production schedules, and quality checkpoints.

• Handle problem solving for technical, material, or production issues to keep timelines on track.

• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams in Chinese and English.

• Prepare reports, attend meetings, and support business trips when required.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in garment/textile merchandising (A–Z order handling).

• Strong Chinese communication; English good for email and basic verbal communication.

• Experience working with US buyers is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of garment production processes, materials, and quality standards.

• Strong coordination, problem solving, and ability to work under pressure.

• Willing to travel when needed.
