JOB SUMMARY
Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based scientific expert who builds trusted relationships with HCPs & key external experts. This role supports Medical Affairs strategy, shares scientific insights, and works cross-functionally to improve patient care and business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical Affairs & Scientific Leadership
• Support Medical Affairs plans through field insights and scientific expertise.
• Lead key medical activities across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Identify gaps in clinical practice and share recommendations with internal stakeholders.
Scientific Exchange & Medical Education
• Provide balanced scientific information and respond to medical inquiries.
• Lead scientific discussions, medical education programs, and congress activities.
• Collect and communicate actionable insights from the field.
KEE Engagement & External Partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with key external experts and oncology centers.
• Develop engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs objectives.
• Facilitate scientific exchange on clinical evidence, pipeline products, and emerging therapies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, and other internal teams to support business goals.
• Provide scientific training and medical support to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and medical governance standards.
Clinical Research & Evidence Generation
• Support local and regional evidence generation initiatives, including investigator-sponsored studies and real-world evidence projects.
• Identify potential investigators and research sites.
• Share field insights to support study feasibility and research planning.
Yêu cầu công việc
Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong scientific knowledge in Oncology, preferably Solid Tumor/Breast Cancer.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred
• Experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Experience supporting clinical research or evidence generation activities.
