Senior MCN Shopee

- Build and develop the Shopee MCN ecosystem, including KOLs, KOCs, Creators, and Affiliate partners.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Shopee Affiliate, Shopee Video, and Shopee Live to maximize GMV and revenue.
- Recruit, manage, and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including GMV, revenue, traffic, conversion rate, commission, and ROI, and propose optimization strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management and brand partners.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in Shopee MCN, Shopee Affiliate, KOL/KOC Marketing, E-commerce, or Creator Management.
- Experience in building creator networks and managing teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Shopee Affiliate, Shopee Live, and Shopee Video operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and optimize key performance metrics (GMV, conversion, traffic, commission, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin is preferred.
