About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Main purpose of the role:
• Strategic results: Drive strategic & tactical decisions for the production unit and align resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with company strategic goals.
• Best-in-class manufacturing: Oversee and create best-in-class jewelry production operations, maintain high standards of operations and adopt best-practices to ensure consistency across production units.
• Customer centricity: Strive to deliver the best of Pandora, innovate & adopt new manufacturing techniques and stay true to design objectives
• Financial results: Ensure low production cost, on-time delivery, and high production quality.
• Collaborative: Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all shared services functions.
• People: Improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quartile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent.

Key accountabilities:
• Key objectives:
o Responsible for building production team for greenfield factory.
o Responsible for implementing production concept in new factory and ensure ramp-up meeting all production KPIs
o Lead strategy initiatives to achieve short to mid-term plan.
o Oversee daily operations for the production unit
o Drive production performance across all areas within the operations to ensure products/ projects are delivered on cost, time and quality
o Ensure resources are allocated sufficiently and optimally to execute activities within production
o Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive down production cost, improve productivity and quality, and increase FROT (Fill rate on time) and reduce lead time
o Ensure safe work environment and regulatory obligations are fully complied
o Ensure CAPEX and OPEX budget adherence
o Develop people engagement, career path and build talent successor to support business continuity.
• Key duties:
o Provide inputs to budget planning, production strategic/ productivity roadmap and KPI targets
o Support implementation and execution of production strategic/ productivity roadmap, and relevant company strategies/ initiatives
o Translate company goals and productivity roadmap into tangible actions/ metrics and communicate to workforce
o Ensure manufacturing processes, parameters, and procedures are accurate and strictly followed to maintain the high standard of operations; ensure consistency across all plants
o Manage shop-floor operations and ensure high quality product, on-time delivery and lowest possible cost, including provide supports the night shift as necessary
o Oversee production performance against targets; provide insight and recommendation, and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
o Collaborate with Product Quality, Facility and Process Excellence teams to prioritize and rectify quality issues and other technical problems in a timely manner
o Align together with Planning, Scheduling regarding load plan and capacity plan, leveling and prioritization
o Prioritize initiatives and activities e.g. troubleshooting , NPI etc. with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource utilization
o Support the innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the production; be a gate-keeper for commissioning activities and handover processes
o Recommend and implement changes to support productivity, KPI, and continuous improvement
o Coordinate with Finance business controller to optimize cost performance and working capital usage
o Provide input to production plan and ensure closed-loop communication between Planning scheduling, Production Shop floor and Production managers
o Ensure ERP system technical problems are resolved in timely manner and ensure system can support business effectively
o Share & incorporate best practices/ learnings into manufacturing processes; ensure cross-production units and cross-functional teams learning
o Manage workplace to ensure all activities are aligned with internal – external regulation and compliance.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Production/Engineering with strong technical expertise
• 5+ years in a managerial role leading production teams
• Experience in greenfield setup is a strong advantage
• Proven leadership with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Results-driven with the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure environments
• Solid project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong planning, organizing, and execution capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight timelines and limited resources
• Strategic and forward-thinking mindset, balancing short-term delivery and long-term goals
• Inspirational leader with a people-first mindset, capable of developing and leading future leaders
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and MES systems (preferably SAP); fluent in Vietnamese & English
