Senior Logistics Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the end-to-end import procedure with EWI internal team, customs, broker, forwarders, handle urgent shipments and production-critical materials.
Coordinate best import method, ensure on time import procedure.
Verify the import policy, Harmonized System Codes (H/S code), ensure compliance with VN customs law.
Support Manager to prepare Customs Annual Report/Duty Refund Procedure.
Monitor Shipments miscellaneous charge (Mis. Charge) as part of quarterly finish goods (FG) selling pricing procedure.
Work on other tasks requested by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Economy field, Import-export, Logistics, Supply Chain
Have at least 4 years’ experience in this position at FDI company (Candidates with experience in a similar role in the electronics industry are preferred)
Strong knowledge regarding Viet Nam customs regulation, VNACCS/VCIS and ERP system.

Good computer skills
Good at English
