A.
Legal Business
Draft, review, and control various types of documents, agreements, and contracts in business operations to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks for the Company.
Provide legal advice, conduct legal risk analysis, and propose appropriate legal solutions for arising operational & business issues.
B.
Legal Corporate
Participate in legal review and directly develop or improve the Company’s internal regulations, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines under the direction of management.
Handle corporate legal procedures, including licensing, registrations, and statutory reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.
Represent the Company in working with government authorities, courts, and other relevant organizations in resolving cases, disputes, or legal matters/procedures as assigned.
C.
Legal Updates and Training
Monitor, update, and systematize legal documents related to the Company’s business sectors (e-commerce, finance – credit, transportation, postal services, insurance, personal data protection, corporate matters, etc.).
Conduct internal legal training when necessary.
D.
Other Duties
Perform other legal tasks as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university, with at least six (06) years of experience as a Lawyer at top-tier law firms or legal compliance in-house.
Candidates holding a Lawyer Practising Certificate will be preferred.
Good understanding of legal regulations in the areas of e-commerce, finance (credit…), transportation, postal services, insurance, personal data protection, and corporate law.
Detail-oriented, careful, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good command of English for professional working purposes.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to analyze and assess legal risks and propose effective solutions.
