Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality) – Studio Noor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who can lead design direction and ensure projects are delivered from concept through to coordinated, buildable outcomes.

This role requires a balance between creative leadership and practical delivery, with strong ownership across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership

• Lead concept development and maintain design consistency across all stages

• Develop design narratives aligned with brand, user experience, and project context

• Ensure design intent is translated into clear, coordinated outputs

Project Ownership

• Manage assigned project scopes, timelines, and team deliverables

• Coordinate across disciplines (architects, MEP, consultants, contractors)

• Review outputs and ensure alignment between concept and technical development

Client Interface

• Present design proposals and manage client feedback

• Support decision-making with clear and structured communication

• Align design direction with client expectations and operational needs

Team Coordination

• Assign and review work within the team

• Support junior designers and ensure output quality

• Maintain clarity and efficiency across team workflow

Yêu cầu công việc

• 7+ years experience in hospitality interior design

• Strong capability in both concept development and project delivery

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

• Confident in client presentations and communication

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and decision-making

• Proficient in design tools (CAD / SketchUp / Adobe Suite; Revit is a plus but not mandatory)

• Able to bridge design and buildability

• Comfortable working in evolving systems and fast-paced environments

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
