[Team Leadership & Management]

- Lead and manage IE team in Hanoi office, overseeing overall industrial engineering activities and performance.

- Standardize sewing motions, operations, and features based on GSD analysis, establishing robust SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for production line.

[GSD Analysis & System Optimization]

- Conduct precise GSD (General Sewing Data) analysis for diverse garment categories (Down Jacket, Padded Jacket, Wind breaker, Seam Sealing, Vest, Pants, Shorts) using garment sample or operation videos.

- Maximize utilization of the GSD system and strictly ensure the accuracy of system data (Style, Feature, Operation Level).

[Process Improvement & Cost Management]

- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to optimize line balancing, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall production efficiency

- Implement Lean manufacturing concepts to minimize waste and optimize manufacturing/product costing

[Communication & Collaboration]

- Serve as a key liaison to communicate effectively with HQ and Buyers regarding GSD analysis, efficiency report and costing

Yêu cầu công việc

[Education & Experience]

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Garment Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IE department of a garment manufacturing/sewing factory, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role

[Technical Skills & Certificates]

- GSD (General Sewing Data) Certificate is highly preferred (or demonstrated equivalent high-level GSD implementation expertise)

- Deep understanding of core IE concepts: SMV, Line Balancing, Operation Breakdown, Efficiency Management, Costing, and Lean Manufacturing

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PPT for data analysis and reporting)

[Soft Skills & Language]

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a team and collaborate with Buyers.

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for professional reporting and communication with HQ and Buyers

- Flexibility to travel for business trips if required
