Senior HVAC Engineer

General description: 

• Overall responsibility for profit, expenses, operating activities, work quality, provision service, project status of Mechanical and Electrical Studio.
• Consult and provide the functional area of projects at Mechanical and Electrical field. 

Details duties: 

• Review, comment and assume responsibility for management of scale projects including: cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Design engineering for equipment such as tank, column, heat exchanger, pump, conveyer including technical specification, datasheet, drawing, etc.
• Site survey and assist with the development of the inspection process for the MEP works at site.
• Record, advise line manager and record where applicable any works not carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications. 
• Understand the risk and handle situations arising.
• Interact and participate in meetings with internal studio and external clients at middle to senior levels.
• Other tasks as required by the company or direct manager.

General:

• Over 8 years of experience. 5+ years of experience in construction/site environment.
• Level from Senior/Leader to Manager.

Skills and Specifications: 

• Familiar with Office, Auto CAD, Revit, HAP, Trace…
• Basic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collate materials into a template report.
• Good command of English.
• Good understanding of project management principles, manufacturing processes and construction method. 
• Intermediate time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects. 
• Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required.
• Team player and able to adapt to changes within the construction process.
