Job Summary

The Senior HR Specialist – C&B and HRBP is responsible for payroll operations, compensation & benefits administration, HR data management, budgeting, reporting, and HRBP support for assigned departments. This role plays an important part in ensuring effective HR operations, data accuracy, employee engagement, and implementation of HR programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.

• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll practices, and social insurance regulations.

• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, EzManage, or similar HRIS.

• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
