Mô tả công việc
This position focuses on purchasing finance, emphasizing cost analysis (e.g., materials/BOM), supplier data analytics and sourcing KPIs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to prepare, consolidate and analyze information for business reviews and specific projects across Asia and Mexico, including Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Support collaboration with cross-functional partners to prepare, consolidate, and analyze information for business reviews and specific projects across Asia and Mexico, including Vietnam.
Prepare and develop monthly reports and detail analyses, such as material cost variance impact, project updates, monthly changes and trends, key findings and explanations.
Assist in the annual budget review and preparation process.
Support the creation of presentation slides for the Sourcing department's KPI and CEO review during Annual Budget and Quarter Review as needed.
Collaborate with the IT team on process improvement and automation projects.
Work closely with local and oversea Sourcing Teams (Purchasing) and other Finance teams to conduct various analyses, including cost and suppliers’ data analysis, by collecting and consolidating information from multiple teams, departments and systems.
Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
Perform other duties or projects within the Purchasing Finance team as assigned or needed
Education:
Bachelor of Finance / Audit / Accounting
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or audit; experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Knowledge:
Finance / costing or purchasing background preferred.
Functional Skills:
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Advanced computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Strong presentation and reporting skills are a plus.
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong in cross-functional collaboration. Experience in leading or working with cross-functional teams across countries, especially with IT on process improvement projects, is preferred.
