Senior Event Planner

- Understand client goals and translate them into strong creative directions.
- Lead and oversee the development of big ideas for music festivals and outdoor events.
- Guide internal brainstorming sessions and ensure ideas stay aligned with the overall strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, account) to shape cohesive and impactful proposals.
- Write and review detailed proposals, including event concepts, activities, schedules, and key deliverables.
- Create and present persuasive presentations to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture, and creative best practices to inspire standout concepts.
- Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional coordination.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative development, event planning, or a related field.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Passion for music festival, concert, events, and brand experiences.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
