1. Mission
- As a Senior Engineer (Python, AWS) and Technical Leader, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
- You will be responsible for system backend development using Python(FastAPI), and guiding the engineering team in architecture decisions, best practices, and delivery excellence.
- You will play a key role in aligning technical solutions with business goals, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems.

2. Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design and development of systems using Python(FastAPI).
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering team members.
- Define and enforce best practices in coding standards, system design, and development workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization in production environments.
- Participate in system design discussions and long-term technical roadmap planning.
- Improve development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering productivity.
 

Your Skills and Experience

Mandatory Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in software development.
- Strong understanding and experience in system architecture, analysis, design, and scalability.
- Strong experience with Python and FastAPI framework in production systems.
- Strong experience in Async programming
- Experience in ORM: SqlAlchemy, JPA
- Experience in DB management: Alembic, flyway
- Proven experience in technical leadership or team lead role.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions.

Nice to Have
- Experience in resolving problem of Application and Cloud resources
- Experience in Digital Marketing domain
- Experience in Kubernetes, Docker/Container, AWS Debugging
- Experience in AWS Cognito/AWS S3/AWS SES/AWS Lambda
- Experience with performance tuning and system optimization.
- Experience working in multinational or global teams.
