Senior Data Governance Engineer

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance initiatives.

• Build and manage Data Quality frameworks and monitoring processes.

• Implement and maintain Data Security and Access Control mechanisms.

• Develop and operate Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Lineage capabilities.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Units, and Information Security teams to establish governance standards.

• Evaluate, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance tools.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, or Data Security.

• Practical implementation experience with one or more of the following tools:

+ Apache Ranger

+ OpenMetadata

+ Apache Atlas

+ DataHub

+ Great Expectations

+ Collibra

+ Microsoft Purview

+ Informatica Data Quality (or similar)

• Strong experience in:

+ Data Quality Management

+ Metadata Management

+ Data Catalog & Data Lineage

+ Data Access Management

+ Data Classification

+ Sensitive Data Protection

• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Trino, Hive, Iceberg, Spark, Kafka, StarRocks, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Securities, or Fintech.

• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or other Data Governance frameworks.

• Experience implementing enterprise-scale Data Governance solutions.
