We are seeking a Senior Communication Specialist to spearhead high-profile, multi-platform media campaigns in Hanoi. In this role, you will shape campaign strategies, direct end-to-end multimedia production, and nurture high-impact partner ecosystems to deeply engage Vietnam’s youth audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic campaign management: Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles from concept to execution, ensuring strict alignment with budget, timelines, and key KPIs.

- Multimedia production leadership: Direct the creation of high-quality digital assets, including video, podcasts, and graphic media.

- Partner ecosystem management: Build and nurture strong networks with press outlets, KOLs/influencers, artists, creative agencies, and digital communities across Vietnam.

- Team & messaging alignment: Supervise cross-functional and international creative teams to guarantee seamless brand and message consistency.

- Analytics & performance optimization: Track audience engagement, optimize media placements using real-time data, and deliver comprehensive impact reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education & Language Skills:

+ Education: Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Digital Media or a Bachelor’s Degree with 13+ years of relevant professional experience.

+ Languages: Native/Fluent Vietnamese (C2) & Professional English (C1) for international stakeholder collaboration and technical documentation.

- Core Expertise:

+ 8+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale communications campaigns and leading creative/media teams.

+ 5+ years of relevant professional experience in:

- Executing digital/social campaigns specifically targeting Vietnamese youth.

- Directing multimedia production (combining audiovisual and digital content).

- Partnering directly with media outlets, KOLs, artists, and online communities.

- Media placement strategy, audience growth tactics, and data analytics.

Preferred Asset: Background with international organizations (NGOs, UN, EU), development projects (ODA), or government initiatives.
