Tuyển dụng Senior Civil/ Maintenance Engineer (1 Year contract) tại Khánh Hòa

- Supervise and coordinate with O&M contractors to develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs for civil and structural assets, including foundations, buildings, stacks, cooling water structures, coal handling facilities, Jetty structure, roads, drainage systems and auxiliary structures.

- Plan and supervise scheduled outages, major overhauls, and civil/structural maintenance activities.

- Advise on civil inspection and maintenance requirements during routine maintenance, outages, and overhauls. Propose repair, reinforcement, and improvement plans based on inspection findings.

- Review and verify method statements, repair proposals, and technical solutions submitted by contractors.

- Manage and monitor annual certification activities to ensure timely completion in accordance with local regulations.

- Plan and coordinate implementation of Plant Modification Work (PMW).

- Techno-commercial vendor evaluation for third party services and PMWs.

- Coordinate with EPC and O&M contractors/subcontractors to manage civil-related defects during the defect liability period.

- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Review and approve ITPs and method statements; liaise with OEMs, vendors, and EPC contractors on technical support and warranty matters.

- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop long-term CAPEX plans for refurbishment, life extension, and asset replacement.

- Manage spare parts procurement strategy to minimize lead times and optimize inventory.

- Evaluate and recommend civil and structural upgrades/retrofits to improve reliability, efficiency, and compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

- 7–10 years of civil engineering experience at power plant.

- Certificate of Construction Practice Level I is an advantage.

- Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering.

- Familiarity with local and international standards, including the Vietnamese Electricity Law and QCVN standards.

- Proficiency in English.

- Working knowledge of EPC contracts, design basis, specifications, O&M manuals and testing records.

- Basic understanding of project documents such as PPA, BOT, and CTA.

- Basic techno-commercial knowledge of engineering and asset management.
