Senior Business Development – Interior Design & Build

• Identify, develop, and build relationships with prospective clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Proactively seek and develop business opportunities in interior design and fit-out projects.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation and deal closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' requirements.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose effective business development strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, partners, developers, and industry stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Construction, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in Interior Design & Build, Fit-out, or Construction industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, market-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated.
• Good command of English
