- Innovate: Continuously research and integrate cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance the platform's capabilities.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Backend development.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Golang (Go) and strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Architecture & Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful services, Microservices architecture, and Design Patterns. Solid experience with Webhooks and OAuth2.
- Tools: Proficient with source code management tools like Git.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, highly responsible, and capable of delivering high-quality products under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Good English reading comprehension skills (especially for technical documentation).
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Microservices on Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Familiarity with distributed systems architecture is highly desirable.
