Senior Automation Supervisor

1. Monitor and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and server/client infrastructure.
2. Diagnose and fix real-world issues in PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.), HMI, SCADA, inverters, servo systems, and encoders.
3. Manage electrical and pneumatic systems: inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
5. Work closely with the production team to solve problems and improve processes.
6. Manage technical staff: training, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
7. Implement new automation projects: from design and installation to final acceptance.
8. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
Age:
From 27 years old
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering – Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience:

Minimum of 7 years in industrial automation, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
·
Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Omron), HMI, and SCADA systems.
·
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo systems, and encoders.
·
Solid understanding of filling, packaging, and palletizing systems.
·
Strong knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems (pneumatics).
·
Experience with CMMS, EMS, ERP, IoT, or Industry 4.0 technologies is an advantage.
·
Proven ability in maintenance management and operational cost control.
·
Proficient in engineering software such as TIA Portal, WinCC, and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
·
Good at English: read/understand technical drawings and documentation.
