Senior Associate (Debt Capital Market)

Report to: Bonds Brokerage Associate Director

Department: Bonds Brokerage

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the companies’ financials and cash flows to provide appropriate financing solutions to clients

• Draft and complete all documents related to the issuances of private placement (PP) bond and public offering (PO) bond

• Draft documents and transaction agreements related to debt financing products including offshore loan transactions

• Participate in building policies, updating information related to the business

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Head of Department.

• Graduated from University or higher in economics, finance, banking, securities, accounting, auditing, etc

• Having a securities certificate "Financial Analysis" issued by the State Securities Commission is an advantage

• Having at least 03 years of experience in positions related to Corporate Finance Consulting

• Good English in communication and writing skills

• Ability to work independently as well as teamwork under high pressure and demonstrate initiative in work
