Senior Architect / Kiến Trúc Sư Cấp Cao

• BYG Projects (Vietnam) Ltd. (https://vietnam.byggroup.com/studio/index), an international architecture and design group established in 2008 in Ho Chi Minh City with its headquarters in Malaysia (www.byggroup.com), collaborates with renowned developers on a variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in Vietnam, is looking for dedicated and professional Senior Architects.

• With an expanding presence across Asia, BYG Group has successfully delivered major projects in Malaysia, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, while continuing to grow into new regions.

• Participate in local and international design projects.

• Perform duties assigned by Directors.

• Manage clients and projects, and report to Directors.

• Oversee design management of large-scale architectural and urban projects from concept to construction.

• Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams and external professionals, including planners, engineers, and contractors.

• Manage design teams to ensure high-quality architectural design.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent.

• Minimum 4 -10 years’ experience; candidates with fewer years but extensive relevant experience are encouraged to apply for the Senior Architect.

• Ability to work independently as well as team work.

• Good design with detailing capabilities.

• Experience and understanding in Project Permitting, Project Management and Contract Administration.

• Required languages: Proficiency in Vietnamese; familiarity with English is a plus.

• Skill in drafting using AutoCAD

• Familiarity with SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
