Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and calculate the optimal cargo placement on ULDs (PMC, PAG, PGA, etc.) to maximize space utilization while complying with airline safety and weight distribution requirements. Ensure compliance with airline regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures during cargo handling and ULD build-up.

• Perform cargo consolidation by optimizing shipment combinations based on dimensions, weight, destination, and aircraft limitations.

• Supervise warehouse cargo handling activities to ensure all shipments are built up, staged, and delivered according to the flight schedule.

• Coordinate closely with airlines, warehouse operators, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and flight execution.

• Monitor shipment progress throughout the warehouse process and proactively follow up to prevent delays or missed flights

• Identify and resolve operational issues occurring in the warehouse, including cargo discrepancies, damaged cargo, missing pieces, delayed build-up, documentation issues, or loading constraints.

• Support the Operation Manager in all operational activities such as outbound handling, airfreight coordination, and customs formalities (e.g., gross weight discrepancies, CD amendments, etc.).

• Generate and update reports directly to the Supervisor / Operation Manager.

• Perform other tasks as assigned or discussed during the interview.

- Education: College or University degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations, Airline Cargo, Warehouse Operations, or Cargo Build-up Planning.

- Industry: Freight forwarding / Logistics

- Experience & Qualifications:

• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Friendly, flexible, honest, and a good team player.

• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.
