Senior Accountant

- Monitor monthly budgets and compare them with the financial plan of the group.

- Work directly with internal and external auditors to prepare annual financial reports.

- Handle invoice issuance and verify input invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely payments.

- Track and manage outstanding debts with foreign agents.

- Oversee social insurance, payroll, bonuses, and monthly HR reports.

- Prepare tax reports (VAT, PIT, foreign contractor tax), tax finalization, and other financial reports per Vietnamese regulations.

- Review and draft contracts, contract addendums, and monitor payments and bank guarantees.

- Collaborate with the operations, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

- Extract data from FAST, reconcile reports, and submit them to the Group on time.

- Be responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) management, fixed assets, rental contracts, and bank guarantees.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Group.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Having a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics, import-export, or supply chain.

- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

- Chinese/Mandarin speakers not must but preferred.

- Immediate availability preferred.

- Experience working with FAST or other accounting software.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to prepare financial reports and manage budgets.

- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and handle high-pressure situations.
